Kann mir einer genau sagen wie die Ölpumpe bei einer 750 er Scout 101 das Öl an die Kurbelwelle bringt
Das Öl kommt ja aus der Pumpe und gelangt in den Räderkasten der Nockenwelle
Der KW Zapfen auf der Steuerseite ist ja mit einer Bohrung versehen also hohl gebohrt
Wie gelangt das Öl der Pumpe in die KW bzw ans Pleuel
Im KW Gehäuse das Öl wird ja mit der Handpumpe zuerst mal gefüllt

Hallo Wilfried,

in einem INDIAN Handbuch ist der Ölkreislauf für die älteren Scouts folgendermaßen beschrieben. Also Ölversorgung durch Schleuderschmierung. Später kam der Ölkanal in der Kurbelwelle hinzu. Dieser soll selbstansaugend sein, durch den Kapillareffekt, Unterdruck im Kurbelgehäuse oder anderen Gründen.

On the Scout Model the mechanical oiler forces the oil through the outside lead to the motor base. The oil so introduced into the crank case chamber is caught up by the flywheel and distributed to the bearings, pistons, cylinders, cam case and other'parts.

By arrangement of the holes in the baffie plates in the crankcase Iocated at the bottom of the cylinders, piston rings and cylinder walls are supplied with the proper amount of oil which in turn is controlled by the crankcase oil level and by the grade of oil used.

The Indian Motocycle engines are fitted with the mechanical oiler so that a constant supply of fresh oil is added to the crankcase supply to take the place of the oil that the motor consumes.

The auxiliary hand pump is used to add oil in extra amounts to the crankcase as required. Oftentimes, due to heavy side-car loads or high speed service, additional oil is required.

Hi Wilfried

ich kann von der 31 Scout den Öl-Kreislauf skizieren.
Durch Schwerkraft geht das Öl zur Ölpumpe, von dort über die Zahnradpumpe durch den hohl gebohrten
Zapfen in die Wangen über Bohrungen zum Pleuelfusslager. Dort tritt der Sabber aus und wird durch die
Kurbelwelle verwirbelt. Das Pleuelkopflager wir durch Schleuderöl versorgt.
Deswegen auch die Auffangtrichter die das Öl ans Lager bringen. Gleiche Technik auch bei den Lagern
in der Steuernocken (Rechte Motorseite).

Wenn dir das Öl im Motor bei längerer Standzeit in das Kurbelgehäuse versackt, kommt das in den
meisten Fällen von den eingelaufenen Zahnrädern. In der Regel kein Beinbruch.

Wie stehts im Handbuch. "Vor Fahrtantritt sind alle Betriebsmittel und die Stände zu kontrollieren"
Heißt auch zuviel Öl aus der K-Gehäuse ablassen.
