In ungünstigen Betriebszuständen geht der Endstörwiderstand schnell kaputt. Deshalb nehme ich immer die Zündkerzen ohne R in der Bezeichnung. Statt der von Rafy empfohlenen würde ich dann die BP7HS nehmen.
Bei der TÜV Abnahme aber immer behaupten das die Kerzen oder/und Stecker entstört sind.

L - Gewindelänge 11,2mm
H - Gewindelänge 12,7mm
E - Gewindelänge 19,0mm
EH - Gesamtlänge 19,0mm davon aber nur 12,7mm mit Gewinde.
