Heute ist der 2. Cannonball Run in Newburgh bei New York gestartet. Mit dabei der Indianer Andy Kaindl, der auf seiner Henderson Deluxe Bj 1924 startet. Sein Motorrad war im letzten Magazin im Bausenhagen-Bericht abgebildet. Am besten kann man den Run auf www.motorcyclecannonballrun.com und auf der angegebenen Facebookseite verfolgen. Auf Facebook gibts viele + tolle Bilder. Absolut super Maschinen dabei.

Gestern über die Golden Gate Brücke gerollt und nach über 6000km bei Dudley Perkins in San Francisco angekommen. Glückwunsch !
Wertung geht erst nach Klasse, also 1 vor 2 od 3 (ccm Einteilung), dann Älter der Maschine, dann Alter des Fahrers. Und da hat Andy den Nachteil der späten Geburt gegenüber Frank Westfall....
2 101er haben ebenfalls jede Meile geschafft.
