lade das Foto mit einer Bildbetrachtungs- bzw. Bildbearbeitungssoftware z.B. Gimp oder Irfanview (kosten nix). Dann eventuell die Pixeldimension ändern (z.B. von 1900 Breite auf 800 Breite, Höhe läuft mit), das bringt schon mal eine Verkleinerung auf ca. 20%. Dann einfach abspeichern als jpg und bei Qualität irgendwas zwischen 50 und 70% einstellen. Dann dürfte ohne große sichtbare Einbuße eine mehrere MB große Datei nur noch ein paar 100KB haben.
