Hallo zusammen,
ich zerlege gerade meine 741 und bin jetzt am Kupplungskorb angekommen. Die Mutter von der Welle ist ab aber das Teil rührt sich nicht. Habe es auch schon mal vorsichtig mit einem Abzieher probiert.
Das Ding sitzt absolut fest! Siehe Bild 496.
Kann mir jemand einen Tip geben wie ich von hier aus weiterkomme?
Ausserdem habe ich im Primärdeckel Schleifspuren. (siehe Bild490/491). Was wurde da falsch gemacht? Soll ich einfach eine dicke Dichtung verwenden?

Die Kupplung ging mit etwas Erwärmen und einem Abzieher dann doch ganz einfach ab.
Aber vielleicht hat ja irgendjemand eine Idee zu den Schleifspuren im Primärdeckel???

das liegt wohl da dran das die meisten Fahrer auf der int. Indian Rally in Dänemark waren und jetzt erst nach Hause kommen bzw. sich noch auf der Rückfahrt befinden.

Die Spuren an den Stegen der Gehäuseschrauben sind immer von einer zu lockeren Pri-Kette verursacht.
d.h Wartungsmangel
Die Spuren im Dom der Kupplung sprechen dafür, das die Kupplung falsch zusammengebaut wurde.
Hier ist auch die Ausrückschnecke evtl. der Fehler. Am besten Handbuch nehmen und den Zusammenbau kontrollieren. Infos im Netz oder Handbuch bestellen bei Jürgen Mattern.

Sorry, das mit der Indianrally hätte ich vielleicht wissen können.
Wegen der Schleifspuren hatte jemand anderes auch noch die Idee, das eventuell der Primärdeckel zu ambitioniert geplant wurde weil ja auch am Ritzel Schleifspuren sind. Ich werde beides mal prüfen ( also Kupplung + Deckel).
