Hallo,ich habe folgendes Fehlerbild nach dem Zusammenbau einer Gabel für eine Chief 1936.
Die Feder ist von Jerry Greer,die Hilfsgabeln haben einen Lochabstand von 45cm.
Bitte auf die Stellung der Rocker achten.

Habe aber gelesen das die Gabeln der "Behördenmodelle", Bj. 1940-45 2" länger sein sollen.

Ich habe den Lochabstand bei meiner 41er Chief gemessen: 48 cm. So nehme ich an, du hast die richtigen Rocker Arm Studs.
Kann es sein, dass die Blattfeder falsch montiert ist und gekehrt mehr nach oben zeigen würde?

Oder richtig herrichten lassen, Gerd Brummer hat seine 45er Gabel von John Hillebrandt instand setzen lassen und ist sehr zufrieden.

Oder richtig herrichten lassen, Gerd Brummer hat seine 45er Gabel von John Hillebrandt instand setzen lassen und ist sehr zufrieden.
